On November 17, 2024, the National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs held the bid-opening meeting for the construction project to develop the road from Pul-e Artal to the new Joy Sheer Road in Kabul, attended by the bid-opening panel and representatives from several bidding companies.

The meeting was held in the NPD conference hall, where Mawlavi Mohammadi Nabi Hamad, Head of the Deprivation Committee of the NPD, expressed his gratitude to the participating companies. He highlighted the growing interest of people in investing in development projects.

Mr. Hamad emphasized the importance of integrity and dedication in project implementation, stating: "Thousands of people will benefit from each project. The winning company must carry out the work with sincerity and honesty, aiming to please Almighty Allah and serve the people."

The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
