Coordination Meeting Held to Address Client Issues

On November 12, 2024, under the leadership of Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Director General of Administrative Affairs, a coordination meeting was held with directors and deputies of the administration to address client issues more effectively.

The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs. In his opening remarks, Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar praised the Directorate of Invitation and Guidance for successfully conducting the Sirat-Un-Nabi (biography of the Prophet PBUH) exam and for implementing the religious education curriculum. He emphasized that Amr Bil Maroof Wa Nahi Anil Munkar (enjoining good and forbidding evil) is the duty of every Muslim that must be fulfilled.

He highlighted the role of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs in addressing client concerns and ensuring efficiency and accuracy in its operations. He stressed that any challenges within the administrative processes causing delays or hindrances should be identified, and solutions should be pursued.

The Director General also noted that investment in the country has now reached a competitive level and urged relevant directorates to make further efforts to facilitate investments and address economic issues for investors.

During the meeting, the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority was recommended to expedite the simplification of administrative procedures within the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, its affiliated units, and provincial municipalities, aiming to improve services for the public.

The meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
