131 Individuals Graduate from Civil Service Institute’s Two Educational Programs

On Nov 11, 2024, Mufti Shahzad Noor Rashid, Director of Administrative Reforms and Civil Service of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, attended the graduation ceremony for 131 directors, department heads, and various civil service administration employees who completed two educational programs.

The ceremony began with the recitation from the Holy Quran in the conference hall of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority.

In his address to the graduates, Mufti Shahzad Noor Rashid remarked that they had gained new knowledge and skills, emphasizing the importance of applying these effectively.

He added that an administrative official must be trustworthy, reliable, and equipped with knowledge in management and leadership. To this end, the Civil Service Institute has provided valuable platforms for civil service employees to learn and strengthen these skills.

Meanwhile, Mawlavi Rohullah Mushfiq, a participant in the training program, spoke on behalf of the graduates, expressing their commitment to implementing what they learned in their respective administrations.

It is worth noting that the Civil Service Institute of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority offers the Leadership and Management Essentials Training Program for civil service employees as part of its training plan.

The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates to the graduates, followed by a prayer for goodwill.
