Civil Service Institute Graduates Over 150 Individuals from the Leadership and Management Essentials Training Program

On October 28, 2024, Mufti Shahzad Noor Rashid, Director of Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, attended the graduation ceremony for 151 directors, heads, and employees from various Civil Service departments who successfully completed the Leadership and Management Essentials Training Program.

The ceremony, held in the conference hall of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority, began with the recitation of the Holy Quran.

In his address, Mufti Shahzad Noor Rashid emphasized that the purpose of such training programs is to build the capacity of Civil Service officials and employees, enabling them to provide more efficient services to the public.

Qari Wali Gul Jawad, Cultural Director of Kabul Municipality and a participant in the training program, commended the leadership of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority. He stated that while the training programs are short, the material provided by the Civil Service Institute is tailored to meet the daily needs of participants.

During this program, 64 individuals graduated from the Leadership Essentials educational program, and 87 others from the Management Essentials educational program and certificates were awarded to all graduates.

The ceremony concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
