Director General of Administrative Affairs: Official Changes are Made to Better Serve the People
On September 18, 2024, Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, the Director General of Administrative Affairs, attended the introductory ceremony of the newly appointed Director of the National Statistics and Information Authority (NSIA).
The event, held in the National Statistics and Information Authority's conference hall, was attended by Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar along with several other senior officials.
During the ceremony, Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar emphasized that the leadership of the Islamic Emirate appoints and replaces officials based on its vision and the needs of the country and its nation, with the aim of improving the quality of services provided to the people.
He further stated that the Islamic Emirate, considering the needs of its people, operates a collective government structure. Certain aspects unique to this system, absent in others, exist because of the Emirate's determination and will to meet the religious, cultural, and social needs of Afghans.
Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar acknowledged that while challenges may exist within the affairs of civil services, even the most advanced nations grapple with similar issues. Nonetheless, he pointed out that under the three-year rule of the Islamic Emirate, both activities and services have surpassed expectations.
The Director General also praised the contributions of the former NSIA Director, Dr. Faqir Mohammad, and expressed his best wishes for the success of the new Director, Mawlavi Abdul Qahir Idris.
The meeting began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
