Meeting Held to Address Issues Concerning the Afghan National Palace

On September 16, 2024, based on the directives of the Prime Minister's Office, the Legal, Legislative, and Judicial Affairs Directorate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs convened a meeting with relevant agencies to discuss issues pertaining to the Afghan National Palace in Dehmazang.

The meeting, held at Marmarin Palace under the leadership of Mawlavi Mohammad Hanan Haqqani, Director of Legal, Legislative, and Judicial Affairs, included representatives from Kabul Municipality, Bank-e-Millie Afghan (BMA), the Ministry of Finance, and the Investment Facilitation Directorate.

During the session, participants engaged in a detailed discussion on matters related to the Afghan National Palace contract and its tax obligations, sharing their insights on potential solutions.

Mawlavi Haqqani attentively listened to the representatives' views and suggested that the Legal, Legislative, and Judicial Affairs experts hold separate meetings with the Plan and Design Directorate, Bank-e-Millie Afghan, and Azizi Group of Companies so that a decision can be made based on the evidence and documents.

The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
