A coordination meeting was held concerning the acquisition of Pul-e-Mahmood Khan's land

On September 11, 2024, a coordination meeting was held regarding the acquisition of the 5 jerib land in Pul-e-Mahmood Khan, as per the instruction of the Prime Minister's Office.

The meeting, led by the Legal, Legislative and Judicial Affairs Directorate of General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, was attended by representatives from the ministries of Urban Development and Land, Finance, and Justice, as well as the Kabul Municipality, National Statistics Authority, Land, and Afghan Post at the Marmarin Palace of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs.

The meeting began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by thorough discussions among the participants. After an exchange of views, the representatives of the attending agencies expressed their proposals and suggestions for the resolution of the land acquisition issue in Mahmood Khan.

Nazirullah Rasteen, Deputy Director of Legal, Legislative and Judicial Affairs, requested additional documents regarding the acquisition of the land in Pul-e-Mahmood Khan by Kabul Municipality and its transfer to the Emirate Afghan Post Company from the Ministry of Finance and Land Authority to prepare a more comprehensive report based on the evidence, which will be presented to the Prime Minister's Office for a final decision.

The meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
