On September 9, 2024, the fifth meeting of the Cabinet of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was held under the chairmanship of Al-Haj Mullah Muhammad Hasan Akhund, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, where several important issues were discussed and decisions were made.

Beginning with the recitation of the Holy Quran, the delegation, led by Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, the Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs, was assigned the task of commending the security agencies for maintaining security in the country. In order to further strengthen security and improve coordination, the relevant agencies are required to hold regular meetings and share reports with the Prime Minister's Office.

In addition, the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, was tasked with holding meetings with the institutions responsible for the country's reconstruction affairs in order to improve coordination and ensure a more focused approach to their work.
