The Municipality of Khost has initiated work on two projects worth 18.3 million AFNs.

During a ceremony, Qari Bismillah Bilal, Mayor of Khost Municipality, provided detailed information about the construction plan for the year 1403. He mentioned that the two projects in progress involve repairing a road and streams, as well as constructing a new road and streams.
Mr. Bilal also announced that the municipality will soon begin work on six additional projects, all of which will be funded by the municipality.
At the ceremony, Khost Governor Mawlavi Abdul Qayoom Rohani commended the municipality for its construction efforts and attributed the progress to effective coordination and collaboration between government institutions and citizens.
Mr. Rohani emphasized that the current security situation presents a great opportunity for implementing construction projects and urged all responsible agencies to speed up their work to fulfill their duties to the people.
Citizens expressed their gratitude to the municipality officials and stressed the importance of ensuring that the projects are not only completed quickly, but also meet quality standards.

The ceremony began with a recitation of the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
