The Finance and Administrative Deputy of the Ministry of Communication and Information was introduced.

On August 25, 2024, Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Director General of Administrative Affairs, participated in the introduction meeting of the Finance and Administrative Deputy of the Ministry of Communication and Information, Mullah Mohammad Hanif Hamza.
The introduction took place during a meeting in the conference hall of the ministry, which was attended by Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, Director General of Administrative Affairs, the Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister's Office, Minister of Communication and Information, Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, and other officials.
During his speech at the meeting, the Director General of Administrative Affairs stated that It is a place of happiness that our country has an efficient and stable Islamic system, with all its affairs conducted in accordance with Sharia law, one of which is the selection of persons, which is given great importance, and in this part, there is no information about the use of force, obligation, bribe, or any form of influence.
Sheikh-Al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar added that Afghans are fortunate that the officials at the head of the system have gone through many stages, have been tested many times, and then been approved by people and leaders.
In the end, he read the order of esteemed Amirul Momineen Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala, regarding the appointment of the new Finance and Administrative Deputy, Mullah Mohammad Hanif Hamza, and wished him good service in the light of sharia.

The introductory meeting, which began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
