A house was handed over to the original owner's Sharia lawyer

On August 17, 2024, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs handed over a house located on Road 15 Wazir Akbar of District 15 to the Sharia lawyer of the rightful owner.
Saifullah Khalid, an official of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, stated that the original owner of the aforementioned house had previously appealed for the surrender of his house. After a comprehensive review of its ownership documents, today in the presence of the security officials, the county councilor, and officials of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses, it was returned to the Sharia lawyer of the original owner.
Omaidullah Habibi, son of Habibullah, the Sharia lawyer of the mentioned house, expressed his gratitude to the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate for returning his house.
It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, in coordination with security institutions, has handed over dozens of houses and apartments to their original owners.
