The bid opening for the procurement of 140,000 pieces of reinforcing wood for the Northern Emirate Coal Company was conducted.

On August 17, 2024, the National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs conducted the bid-opening meeting for the procurement of 140,000 pieces of reinforcing wood required for the Northern Emirate Coal Company. The meeting took place in the conference hall of the directorate and was attended by the bid-opening panel and several bidders.

Mawlavi Mohammad Azam Shoaib, Head of Darul-ul-Insha of the National Procurement Commission, expressed gratitude to the participating companies and urged their representatives to set reasonable prices and ensure the successful and timely completion of the project.

Mr. Shoaib assured the companies of the National Procurement Directorate's commitment to supporting them throughout the procurement process and emphasized the directorate's willingness to provide assistance in all areas related to procurement projects.

The meeting, which started with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
