The bid opening was held for 20 units of cable and aluminum wire, as well as 48 units of transformer and DABS equipment.

On August 13, 2024, the National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs held the bid-opening meeting for the procurement of 20 units of cable and aluminum wire, 48 units of transformers and various other electrical equipment, and 5 electric poles related to DABS (Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat). The meeting was attended by the bid-opening panel and several representatives from bidding companies in the conference hall of NPD.
During the meeting, Mawlavi Abdul Baqi Mansour, the Director of NPD, expressed gratitude for the participation of the companies and urged company representatives to prioritize sincerity and honesty in the implementation of the projects. He also highlighted the efforts of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan to facilitate more investment for the country's businessmen and to make Afghanistan self-sufficient.
It is important to note that the officials of the NPD of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs have always strived to organize projects in a transparent and fair manner in order to protect the rights of all companies involved.
