An apartment was handed over to the original owner's Sharia lawyer

On August 10, 2024, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs handed over an apartment located in the second phase of Arya Township in Kabul City to the sharia lawyer of the rightful owner after a thorough inspection of its documents.

Saifurrahman Khalid, an official of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, stated that the owner of the mentioned apartment lives abroad and this apartment was sealed to prevent usurpation and today, in the presence of the 10th District county councilor and other officials, it was returned to the sharia lawyer of the original owner.

Ahmad Shikab, son of Ilhamuddin, expressed his gratitude to the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate for returning his apartment.

It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, in coordination with security institutions, has handed over dozens of houses to their original owners.
