A coordination meeting between the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs and Emirate agencies was held

On August 7, 2024, a coordination meeting was held at the Salaam Khana Palace, in the attendance of the Head of the Prime Minister's Office, Dr. Mullah Abdul Wasi Khadim, Deputies of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, Mawlavi Saifuddin Taieb and Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqui, as well as heads of offices from various ministries and Emirate agencies.
Mawlavi Saifuddin Taieb, Deputy Director General for Coordination of Emirate Affairs, welcomed the participants and stated that the purpose of organizing this meeting is to discuss solving the problems of correspondence and fixing any defects in the plans and procedures sent between the Emirate agencies and the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs.
Mr. Taieb added that we have successfully completed the first Jihad test, and now we are facing the second test, which is good governance free from any form of corruption and it is essential for us to work together to pass this test successfully.
Dr. Abdul Wasi Khadim, the Head of the Prime Minister's Office, stated that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has made significant progress in a very short time, which is acknowledged by friends and enemies.
Mr. Khadim added that the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs plays a central role in propagating the orders, decrees, and guidance of the esteemed Amirul Momineen Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala and the Prime Minister’s Office to Emirate agencies and it is necessary for everyone to cooperate in all aspects.
Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqui, Deputy Director General for Administration and Finance of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, pointed out that this administration serves as a bridge between Emirate agencies, underscoring the need to set aside personal interests during the handling of documents, plans, and procedures to prevent harm to the system.
In the end, Mufti Shamsur Rahman, Director of National Economy and Infrastructure of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, explained the work area and responsibilities of the administration to the participants. Additionally, Mawlavi Mohammad Sadiq Akif, the Director of Coordination of Cabinet Affairs and High Commissions of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, presented a presentation on the problems of correspondence and major deficiencies in the plans and procedures of the administration to the deputies and heads of the offices of the ministries and Emirate agencies.
The meeting, which commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
