Director General for Coordination of Municipal Affairs met with the Governor of Parwan Province
On August 5, 2024, Mawlavi Mohammad Ishaq Akhundzada, the Director General for Coordination of Municipal Affairs of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, in the presence of the Mayor of Charikar City and officials from various Emirate agencies of Parwan Province, met with Al-Haj Mawlavi Qudratullah Amini, the Governor of Parwan Province, to discuss improving municipal activities.
The meeting took place at the conference hall of Parwan Province, where Mr. Akhundzada requested representatives of the Emirate agencies present at the meeting to collaborate with Parwan’s Municipality Directorate to provide better and more services to the residents.
Meanwhile, Governor Al-Haj Mawlavi Qudratullah Amini expressed satisfaction with the visit of Mr. Akhundzada and highlighted that the Islamic system was established due to the hard work, efforts, and sacrifices of the people of this land. The country's entire plan and destiny are in our hands, and the cooperation of foreigners is not essential for the country's stability; we ourselves must become the source of development of our country.
During the meeting, Noorullah Haqmal, the Advisor of the General Directorate for Coordination of Municipal Affairs, presented information about the directorate's work, including cooperation with agencies and citizens, urban governance, revenue collection, expenditures, development programs, and other municipal issues.
Mawlavi Mohammad Ishaq Akhundzada assured the attendees that the General Directorate for Coordination of Municipal Affairs welcomes legitimate demands and suggestions for resolving municipal issues and considers them as important.
The meeting, which commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
