An apartment was handed over to its legitimate owner

On July 22, 2024, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs handed over an apartment located in the Afshar area of District No. 5, Kabul, to its rightful owner after a thorough inspection of its documents.
Mawlavi Lal Muhammad Burhani, General Manager of Documents Review of Residential and Non-Residential Houses of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, stated that due to the efforts and investigation of the officials of this directorate, an apartment was previously sealed to prevent usurpation, and after the return of its original owner from abroad, it was now handed over to him.
Mohammad Safa Karimi, son of Abdul Karim, originally from Ghazni province and the rightful owner of the mentioned apartment, after the surrender of his apartment, expressed his satisfaction with the help and cooperation of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate.
It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, in coordination with the relevant institutions, has handed over approximately 140 houses and apartments to their rightful owners, and this series of handovers continues.
