The bid-opening of the connecting road project of Stanikzai Meena intersection to Bagrami road was held

On July 24, 2024, the National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs held a bid-opening meeting for the construction project of the connecting road between Stanikzai Meena intersection and Bagrami road, related to Kabul Municipality.
The bid-opening meeting took place in the presence of the bid-opening panel and several bidders at the conference hall of NPD.
During this bid-opening meeting, Mawlavi Mohammad Nabi Hamad, the Head of the Deprivation Committee of NPD, stated that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is committed to ensuring that projects are implemented more effectively and that bid-opening projects will be organized in a transparent manner.
Mr. Hamad added: Afghanistan is our common home, and we need to work together to develop our homeland. He also assured the representatives of the companies that the National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs will address any issues faced by companies participating in bid-opening meetings.
The bid-opening meeting, which began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
