The training and awareness course on how to implement the Electronic Procurement System has concluded

On July 17, 2024, the training and awareness program on how to implement the Electronic Procurement System, organized by the officials of the Electronic Procurement System Development Department (EPSDD) of the National Procurement Directorate (NPD), has concluded.

The program began with the recitation of the Holy Quran at the conference hall of NPD. Meanwhile, Sheikh Abdurrahim Rahimi, Deputy Director of NPD, expressed gratitude to the participants and emphasized the importance of improving material and spiritual ability for the country's growth and development. He also highlighted the need to utilize resources such as the Electronic Procurement System to facilitate procurement activities.

During the program, Zewar Khan Niazi from the EPSDD presented an overview of the Electronic Procurement System and provided guidance on its implementation in various Emirate agencies and said that this system was tailored to the country’s specific situation and conditions.

It is worth mentioning that the three-day training program, organized by the EPSDD of the NPD, trained approximately 50 procurement employees from 28 various agencies.

The program concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
