The bid-opening of the project for the procurement of reserve materials for the maintenance and monitoring of central and provincial substations was held

On July 15, 2024, the National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, held the bid-opening meeting of the project for the procurement of reserve materials for the maintenance and monitoring of central and provincial substations of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS), in the attendance of the bid-opening panel and representatives of bidding companies.

The bid-opening meeting was held in the conference hall of the NPD, where Mawlavi Abdul Baqi Mansour, Director of NPD, expressed his gratitude for the participation of the representatives of the bidding companies and stated that businessmen who are honest and trustworthy will wake up with prophets, martyrs and righteous people on the day of judgment.

He also added that in order to get halal wealth, we should pay attention to the principles of Sharia and our dealings should be as per the principles of Islam and we should build our country on our own.

Mr. Mansour assured the representatives of the companies that the bid-opening projects are being carried out transparently, the rights of Bayt al-mal will not be lost and we will work for the system whether we are in it for a day or years.
