National Procurement Directorate conducted the bid-opening of two projects

On June 10, 2024, the National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs conducted bid-opening meetings for two road construction projects. The projects include the road from Beni Hisar to the Stanikzai intersection of the Kabul-Logar highway and the 5th section of the Qisar-Laman 25km road.
The meetings took place at the conference halls of the National Procurement Directorate and were attended by representatives from various bidding companies.
The proceedings began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the bid-opening panel providing information to the company representatives about the bidding document process.
In the meantime, the bid-opening panel assured that the evaluation of bidding documents and offers would be conducted transparently, taking into account the principles and conditions of procurement.
Additionally, the company representatives were given the opportunity to ask questions, which were addressed by the bid-opening panel.

Both meetings concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
