A coordination meeting was held at the direction of the Prime Minister’s Office regarding the Afghan National Palace.

On May 21, 2024, the Legal, Legislative, and Judicial Affairs Directorate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs held a coordination meeting with the relevant agencies to address the issue of the Afghan National Palace in Dehmazang, as directed by the Prime Minister’s Office.

The meeting, led by Mawlavi Abdul Baqi Mansour, the Legal, Legislative, and Judicial Affairs Director at the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, also included representatives from the Contracts Separation and Filtration Committee, Kabul Municipality, and Bank-e-Millie Afghan (BMA), where they had all-round discussions about the payment of the remaining tax of the Afghan National Palace.

During the meeting, the representatives of the relevant agencies shared their opinions and documents and requested the Directorate of Legal, Legislative, and Judicial Affairs to address the issues concerning the Afghan National Palace.

After considering the views and opinions of all parties, Mawlavi Abdul Baqi Mansour asked the representatives of Kabul Municipality to provide details of the Azizi Group's payments and requested the representatives of Bank-e-Millie Afghan (BMA) to share complete information about the Afghan National Palace contract with the Directorate of Legal, Legislative, and Judicial Affairs to facilitate decision-making in the next meeting.

The meeting commenced with reciting the verses of the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
