Director of Policy and Strategy: No one's rights are violated in the bid openings

On May 25, 2024, the National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs held the bid opening for the project titled "Procurement of Equipment & Software for Upgrading of Central Dispatching System, Digitalization and Automation of Station & Substations required by SCADA Department of DABS”.
The bid opening took place in the presence of the bid opening panel and several tender companies at the conference hall of this directorate.
During the bid opening meeting, Mawlavi Islamuddin Usmani, the Director of Policy and Strategy of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, thanked the tender companies for their participation and assured that the bid opening process is conducted transparently and that no one's rights are violated.
Mr. Usmani also mentioned that the NPD always strives to ensure that the rights are given to those who deserve them, and up to now, no complaints have been made against the NPD.
The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and ended with a prayer for goodwill.
