A house was handed over to its rightful owner

On May 19, 2024, the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs handed over a house located in Kart-e-Se, part of District 6, Kabul, to its rightful owner after a thorough inspection.

Mawlavi Abdul Bari Latif, Director of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, expressed that it is the responsibility of his directorate to hand over houses and properties to their original owner after thorough inspection.

Sayed Muhammad Naeem Kamil, son of Sayed Muhammad Hussain, originally from Kabul and the rightful owner of the mentioned house, expressed his gratitude to the officials of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs and said that after referring to several administrations, he finally appealed to the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, and the directorate, after inspecting the documents, returned his house to him.

Mawlavi Abdul Bari Latif added that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate works in coordination with security institutions to ensure that properties are returned to their rightful owners. Since the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the directorate has handed over approximately 133 houses to their rightful owners.
