On May 17, 2024, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, the General Director of Administrative Affairs, participated in the closing ceremony of the Leadership and Management Skills Development training program of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority.
The meeting, held at the conference hall of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service, was attended by the Director General of Administrative Affairs, the acting Ministers of Borders and Tribal Affairs and Urban Development and Housing, Director General of Radio Television Afghanistan, and officials of the Ministries of Higher Education and Economy.
Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar expressed at the ceremony that even before victory, the Islamic Emirate conducted capacity-building programs for officials under difficult circumstances and now more work should be done in this regard. He added that in addition to the expertise and skills, officials and employees should also have humility and sincerity, avoid arrogance and consider the pleasure of Allah Almighty in performing all matters.
In the ceremony, Mufti Shahzad Noor Rashid, the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Director, said that with such training programs, Emirate employees can manage the administration well based on the skills learned in the field of management and leadership, which can prove to be useful in governance. In addition, the speakers of the ceremony provided comprehensive speeches about leadership and management in governance, and they called the arrangement of educational programs in this field necessary for the employees and officials.
According to the officials of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority, 324 employees of different ministries and agencies have been trained in the Leadership and Management Skills Development training program in two phases.
The ceremony started with the recitation of the verses of the Holy Quran and concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
