An Apartment was handed over to its rightful owner
On May 8, 2024, an apartment located in Sheikh Zayed (Arbano) town, District No.15, Kabul was handed over to its rightful owner by the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs after a thorough inspection.
Mawlavi Lal Muhammad Burhani, an official of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, explained that the owner of this apartment was not present in the country after the re-establishment of Islamic Emirate and the apartment was left without an owner. As a result, it was sealed by the directorate.
He added that due to the efforts and investigations of the employees of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate, the rightful owner's representative was able to claim the apartment.
Muhammad Rafi, son of Khaseyat Shah, originally from Badakshan Province, is the main owner of the apartment and lives abroad. In order to get possession of the apartment, an appeal was filed to the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate by Sebghatullah son of Nematullah, the representative of the main owner on the 21st of Ramadan.
The rightful owner of the apartment expressed his gratitude to the officials of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate and said that the apartment was handed over to him after inspection by the officials of the mentioned directorate.
It is essential to mention that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate works in coordination with security institutions to ensure that properties are returned to their rightful owners. Since the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the directorate has handed over approximately 131 houses to their rightful owners.
