The bid-opening of a road construction project from Pul-e-Baghrami to Beni Hisar was conducted

On April 28, 2024, the National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs conducted a bid-opening meeting for a road construction project from Pul-e-Baghrami to Beni Hisar. The meeting took place at the conference hall of the NPD and was attended by the bid-opening panel and several bidders.

Mawlavi Mahammadullah Muhammadi, Technical Deputy of the NPD, extended his appreciation to the representatives of the bidding parties for their participation and urged them to perform their duties towards the implementation of the project efficiently.

Mr. Muhammadi emphasized that the system of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan adheres to the principles of justice and fairness, and officials of the Islamic Emirate are committed to handing over rights to deserving parties.
