The bid-opening meeting for six types of lubricants related to the National Defense Ministry was conducted

On April 21, 2024, the National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs conducted a bid-opening meeting for six types of lubricants for vehicles related to the National Defense Ministry, in the presence of several representatives from bidding companies.
During the meeting, Mawlavi Mahammadullah Muhammadi, Technical Deputy of the NPD, expressed his gratitude for the representatives' participation and emphasized the importance of honesty and trustworthiness in performing their duties.
He also stated that projects should be carried out with the satisfaction of Allah and service to the people in mind. By doing so, we will have served our nation and gained the satisfaction of Allah Almighty.
Meanwhile, Mr. Muhammadi assured the companies' representatives that the bid-opening process is transparent and that the rights of all parties involved will be protected.

The meeting began with reciting passages from the Holy Quran and ended with a prayer for goodwill.
