The draft procedure of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties Under the Security of Emirate was finalized

On March 28, 2024, the Committee for the Review of Internal Juridical Documents finalized the draft procedure for the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties under the Security of Emirate in accordance with the Decree No. 9 of the Esteemed Amirul Momimeen Hafidzahullahu Ta'ala, and after conducting multiple meetings.

The meeting was held in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, and it was led by Mawlavi Abdul Baqi Mansour, Director of Legal, Legislative, and Judicial Affairs.

During the meeting, Mawlavi Abdul Baqi Mansour informed the attendees that the draft procedure was finalized in six chapters and forty-three articles in accordance with Sharia for the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties Under the Security of Emirate. The draft procedure will be forwarded to the High Authority of Islamic Emirate for approval.

It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties Under the Security of Emirate is responsible for supervising, separating, consolidating, and inspecting houses under the security of Emirate that have been illegally seized by individuals after the Islamic Emirate's rule and handing them over to their rightful owners.
