The bid-opening of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure project was held

On March 23, 2024, the National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs held a bid-opening meeting for the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure project related to the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology (MICT).

This bid-opening meeting was held at the conference hall of this directorate with the participation of representatives from several bidding companies and the bid-opening delegation.

In this meeting, Sheikh Abdulrahim Rahimi, Deputy Director of NPD, welcomed the company representatives and delivered a speech highlighting the importance of the project.

Mr. Rahimi emphasized that Afghanistan is the shared home of all Afghans, and Afghan businessmen should invest in their country to aid its development. He also mentioned that the procurement system of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is based on Islamic principles, and companies must consider the interests of the people and the Islamic Emirate while carrying out projects.
