The eleventh session of the Contracts Separation and Filtration Committee was convened

Mar 11, 2024- The eleventh session of the Contracts Separation and Filtration Committee directed by Mawlavi Muhammad Sabir Mutasim Billah, the Deputy Director General for Finance and Administration of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, with the participation of the members of this committee, was convened at Marmarin Palace of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs.

The session commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, after which Mawlavi Muhammad Sabir Mutasim Billah emphasized expediting the process of contracts separation and filtration and said that transparency should be taken into consideration during the review of projects so that the rights of the people and bayt al-mal are not lost.

The Dar-ul-Insha members of the Contracts Separation and Filtration Committee presented their findings regarding a number of construction projects in the presence of the committee members, and necessary decisions were undertaken in light of the provisions of Sharia and law.

Meanwhile, the Contracts Separation and Filtration Committee manages the separation and filtration of the contracts of those projects whose procurement process and payments have been suspended after the re-establishment of Islamic Emirate.

At the conclusion, it was decided that a technical delegation under the chairmanship of the Buildings, Maintenance and Caring Director of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, Mawlavi Muhammad Yusuf Saad, and with the participation of the representatives of the Maintenance and Care Directorate of the Prime Minsiter's Office and Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) should visit the area closely, and present their findings in the next meeting.
