The bid opening of equipment and software of the DABS was conducted

The National Procurement Directorate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, conducted the bid opening of equipment and software for upgrading the central dispatching system, digitalization, and automation of stations and substations required by the SCADA Department of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS), in the presence of representatives of domestic and international bidding companies.

This bid opening meeting was held on Wednesday, March 6th, 2024, at the conference hall of the National Procurement Directorate (NPD), where the bidding companies presented their proposals and submitted their documents regarding the said project to the NPD.

The officials of the NPD in the meeting, welcomed the representatives of the companies and assured them of complete transparency and collaboration in procurement projects.

This meeting, which commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
