Deputy Director General of Administrative Affairs; Addressing the issues of citizens in a better way is the responsibility of IEA

Mar 4, 2024- The Deputy Director General for Monitoring and Policy of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, partook in the second day meeting of the "results based annual planning and reporting workshop" set up by the Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate for the employees of various Emirate agencies.

The second day of this educational workshop commenced today with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the introductory remarks of Mawlavi Muhammad Taoos Tariq, Monitoring and Evaluation Director, where he welcomed the participants and provided information about the workshop.

Meanwhile, Mawlavi Abdul Wali Haqqani, the Deputy Director General for Monitoring and Policy, expressed in this meeting that Islamic Emirate has the responsibility of serving the citizens well, therefore they have eliminated bureaucracy in the agencies and provided convenience in the administrative affairs for the people.

Hon. Haqqani asked the officials to carry out their affairs according to the plan and procedure for better service to the people and complete their activities in coordination with the relevant agencies.

Afterwards, based on the agenda, the educational process of the workshop started to the representatives of Emirate agencies, where they will be provided information about the results based annual planning format, quarterly report, annual report, general, completed, in progress, not started, delayed, average and number of all planned activities, the three months performance and achievements, and other related areas.
