Director General of Administrative Affairs; Skills are effective when used in a better way

Mar 3, 2024- The General Director of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh-Ul-Hadith, Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, stated to the representatives of several Emirate ministries and agencies at the inauguration meeting of the "Results Based Annual Planning and Reporting Workshop" that Emirate officials are obliged to execute their administrative affairs in accordance to the plan and according to him, carrying out the affairs according to the plan results in achieving the goal more effectively.

This workshop, which was set up by the Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate, was attended by Plan and Policy directors and reporting officers of various Emirate agencies. Meanwhile, the workshop commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran.

At the beginning, Mawlavi Muhammad Taoos Tariq, Director of Monitoring and Evaluation of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, besides welcoming the attendees, provided input about the workshop.

Afterward, the Director General of Administrative Affairs expressed that talents are utilized in planning, ideas are exchanged, strategies are prepared based on the goals, and by implementing strategies, the desired results are achieved.

In the end, the Deputy Director of Monitoring and Evaluation, Mr. Ahmad Yama Ehsas commenced the educational process of this workshop under the title of "Results Based Annual Planning and Reporting Workshop Format", which will discuss many important issues in four days.

Based on the information of the Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate, in this four-day workshop, the participants will be provided with information about the results based annual planning format, quarterly report, annual report, general, completed, ongoing, not started, delayed, averages and numbers of all planned activities, the three months performance and achievements and other related areas.
