National Procurement Directorate conducted the bid-opening of the dry bread project required for the Afghan National Army

Feb 20th, 2023- The National Procurement Directorate of General Directorate of Administrative Affairs conducted the bid-opening of the preparation and procurement of dry bread required for the Afghan National Army of Defense Ministry, in the attendance of the directors of relevant agencies and bid-opening committee, as well as the representatives of 30 bidding companies in the hall of this directorate.

Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqui, the Director of National Procurement, General Sayed Abdul Basir Saberi, the Logistic Director of the National Defense Ministry, and Mawlavi Wali Jan Rahmat, Plan and Policy Director of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Office, partook in the bid-opening meeting of procurement of 1 item of dry bread required for the central and field corps of the Ministry of National Defense for the year 1403 AH.

The National Procurement Director expressed his satisfaction with the participation of the representatives of bidding companies and assured that bid-opening projects are carried out transparently and faithfully, and the rights reach the rightful.

Furthermore, he asked the representatives of the bidding companies to fulfill their responsibilities towards the projects in a better way

He also asked the representatives of the volunteer companies to fulfill their responsibilities towards the projects in a more effective way and not do injustice.

Meanwhile, General Sayed Abdul Basir Baseri, Logistic Director of the National Defense Ministry, said: "The participation of companies in the bid-opening meetings represents their service to the Islamic system and the people."

Additionally, he expressed his gratitude for the honesty, sincerity, and investment of businessmen and said that the companies should consider the quality during the projects.
