National Procurement Directorate conducted the bid-opening of two projects related to the National Defense Ministry


Feb 18, 2023- The National Procurement Directorate held bid-opening meetings for two projects related to the National Defense Ministry, in the presence of the bid-opening committee and with the participation of 62 representatives of companies in the halls of this directorate.

Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqui, National Procurement Director of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs participated in the bid-opening meetings of the preparation and provision of 3 items of meat and 12 items of vegetables for the year 1403 AH required for the Ministry of National Defense.

The National Procurement Director of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs expressed satisfaction with the participation of the bidding companies and assured the participants that the contracts are carried out correctly and fairly and no one's rights are lost in the Islamic Emirate.

Hon. Siddiqui said that the contracts will be awarded to those companies whose prices are fair and reasonable.
Furthermore, he added that obtaining the project is a big responsibility and it is necessary that we all fulfill responsibility honestly for the benefit of Bayt al-mal.

Meanwhile, Mawlavi Hasamuddin Saberi, Director for Personnel Affairs, Reforms, and Review of Emirate Structures of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, who was also present in these bid-opening meetings, said that the investment of commercial companies provides employment opportunities for the citizens and leads to the economic growth of the country.
Additionally, he added that we have everything we need, our resources need to be managed, and we will do anything in our power for the national interests.
