National Procurement Directorate convened the bid-opening for the project of dairy products needed for the Ministry of National Defense

Feb 17, 2023- The National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs conducted the bid-opening meeting of the preparation and procurement of 3 items of dairy products required for the Ministry of National Defense, in the presence of the bid-opening committee and with the participation of 15 bidders in the hall of this directorate.

Mawlavi Abdul Raoof Khidam, Planning and Design Director of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs participated in this bid-opening meeting and assured the representatives of the companies that the Directorate of National Procurement considers the rights of the companies and solves their problems in the field of procurement.

Mr. Khidam said in this bid-opening meeting that the Emirate system is an Islamic system and the religion of Islam is a natural religion and it has taken into account the rights of all people.

Additionally, Mr. Khidam added that any system whose affairs are done with transparency and justice will thrive, and if there is tyranny and injustice in a system then Allah Almighty will soon put an end to it.

Meanwhile, Mr. Khidam while referring to the representatives of the companies said that halal trade is the blessing of this world and the hereafter, and the fate of true traders will be with the Prophets.

This bid-opening meeting, which started with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
