Cultural and Social Affairs Director meets ulema and ethnic elders of the thirteenth District of Kabul.

Feb 12, 2024- The Cultural and Social Affairs Director of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, Mawlavi Muhammad Ishaq Akhundzada met with the ulema and ethnic elders of the thirteenth District of Kabul about their issues.

At the outset of this meeting, Mr. Noor Muhammad Haidari, the Deputy Director of Cultural and Social Affairs besides welcoming the ulema and ethnic elders, said that the Islamic Emirate is at the service of all citizens and their problems will be well addressed.
Subsequently, Haji Asel Khan and Haji Yar Khan spoke on behalf of the other participants and called the re-establishment of Islamic Emirate a great blessing of Allah and adding that the nine villages of the said district are facing various problems and no attention has been paid to them in the last twenty years.

The above-mentioned ethnic elders called the unavailability of electricity, paved roads, well-equipped clinics, schools, and madrassas their basic problems and said that their villages are not entirely included in the urban master plan of the 13th District, and requested the Islamic Emirate to include these villages in the said master plan.

Meanwhile, Mawlavi Muhammad Ishaq Akhundzada assured the ulema and ethnic elders about their problems and said that the officials of the Islamic Emirate are at the service of the people and the door of the Cultural and Social Affairs is open to all citizens.

This meeting, which commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
