A Coordination Meeting About The Establishment Of A Cancer Disease Treatment Hospital Took Place

Jan 7, 2023- The Investment Facilitation Directorate of General Directorate of Administrative Affairs held a coordination meeting regarding the transfer of 100 Jeribs land of Emirate to the private sector for the construction of a cancer disease treatment hospital in Khost.

This meeting took place at the compound of General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, with the participation of the Chamber of Commerce and Investment Director, and with the envoys of the ministries of Public Health, Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, as well as Commerce and Industry.

At the outset of the meeting, Engineer Ahmad Zia Khalid, Investment Facilitation Director called the construction of a cancer disease treatment hospital a great step towards improvement of the health affairs and asked national and international Afghan businessmen to play their part in the construction of this hospital.

In the meantime, Muhammad Yunas Momand, Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Investment acknowledged the construction of this hospital as a basic necessity of the people of Afghanistan.

During this meeting, the technical team demonstrated the master plan of the above-mentioned hospital, followed by the suggestions and perspectives of the participants regarding the enrichment of the said plan.

In conclusion, Engineer Ahmad Zia Khalid,
decided about the transfer of land from the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock to the Public Health Directorate of Khost, to closely inspect the area and commence the transfer process.
