Jan 3, 2023- The National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of General Directorate of Administrative Affairs held a bid-opening meeting of the project of preparation of 79 items of electrical equipment and construction materials for Deh Rawood District of Uruzgan Province at the hall of this directorate, in the presence of bid-opening committee and several bidders.

Mawlavi Noorul Haq Jarir, Director of Human Resources of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, who was present at this bid-opening meeting, expressed his gratitude for the participation of companies in the bid-opening meeting and asked the representatives of companies to encourage traders to invest in the country so that employment opportunities can be provided for the people.

Furthermore, Mawlavi Jarir added that there has been complete transparency in the bid-opening meetings of NPD, no one except the delegation of procurement can interfere in this process and the NPD has provided a healthy environment for the competition among the companies.

In conclusion, he said that it is necessary to reform our intentions and seek lawful earnings because lawful earning is a worship and obligatory upon us.

This meeting which commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
