11th Cabinet meeting; Drugs Prevention and Rail gauge discussed

Dec 19th, 2023- On Tuesday, the 5th of Jamadi Us Sani, the eleventh meeting of the Cabinet of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was convened under the chairmanship of Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, covering a number of topics and taking important decisions.

Commencing with the recitation of the Holy Quran, the Deputy Ministry of Counter Narcotics was entrusted with the responsibility of strictly monitoring the borders and imaginary lines in coordination with the relevant bodies in order to prevent drug importation to the country.

Additionally, the view of the assigned committee regarding the gauge of railway line was approved and it was decided to take further actions in this regard.

During the meeting, the Ministry of Finance presented the report of the non-financial revenue for the entire second quarter and the first two months of the third quarter.

The meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
