The bid-opening meeting of the road development project from Omid e Sabz town to Irfani road was carried out.

Dec 10th, 2023- The Directorate of National Procurement of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs held a bid-opening meeting of the project of road construction from Omid e Sabz town to Irfani road, Kabul, related to Kabul Municipality in the presence of the bid-opening committee and with the participation of several bidders in the hall of this directorate.

Mawlavi Hashamuddin Saberi, director of Personnel Affairs, Reforms and Review of Emirate structures, who was present at the bid-opening meeting, appreciated the participation of companies, and assured them about the transparency of bid-opening meetings.
Furthermore, he ensured that no company's rights will be lost and the Directorate of National Procurement will cooperate with the bidders until the end of the procurement process.
