Bid-opening meetings are carried out with full transparency.

November 28th, 2023- The National Procurement Directorate of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs held a bid-opening meeting of 1721 different types of spare parts for the heavy engineering vehicles of the Ministry of National Defense in the presence of the bid-opening committee and several bidders at the compound of this directorate.

Mawlavi Mahmood Shah Zahid, Director of Defense and Security of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs partook in this bid-opening meeting and said during his speech to the participants that companies should take into consideration the national interests in their projects and should play their role in building the country.
Moreover, he appreciated the participation and interest of the companies and said, we want all companies to get the contract, but only those can earn the contract that meets the criteria and conditions of procurement.
Meanwhile, Mawlavi Mahboob Shah called the cooperation of private institutions with the Emirate institutions vital and assured that procurement projects are divine trust and procurement directorate will not betray this trust.
