The General Director of Municipalities met with the Reginal Director, Asia Region of UNOPS

November 23rd, 2023- The General Director of Municipalities of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, Al-Haj Abdul Qahir Feroz, held a meeting with the Regional Director of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), Sanjay Mathur.

During the meeting held at the compound of the General Directorate of Municipalities, Al-Haj Abdul Qahir Feroz thanked the officials of UNOPS for the implementation of hundreds of development projects worth nearly 37 million dollars in various provinces of the country, due to which employment has been provided for people.
In addition, he requested further cooperation from UNOPS in the implementation of more development projects.
In the end, UNOPS Regional Director Mr. Sanjay Mathur expressed his satisfaction with the collaboration of the Islamic Emirate for the implementation of the projects and added that he will also consider the implementation of other recommended projects.
