A House Was Handed Over To Its Actual Owner

November 22, 2023- The Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties Under the Security of Emirate handed over a house, located in the District 3rd of Karte Char area of Kabul to its real owner after its inspection.

Mawlavi Muhammad Shafiq Haqqani, one of the officials of the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties Under the Security of Emirate, said during the surrender of the mentioned house that if the houses of individuals have been usurped by irresponsible people after the re-establishment of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, they can reach to the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties Under the Security of Emirate to recover their usurped houses.

Meanwhile, Zabihullah Mohsin Zada, the legal lawyer of Ghulam Abbas son of Ghulam Nabi, the real owner of the mentioned house, thanked the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties Under the Security of Emirate for surrendering his house.

It is worth mentioning that the Directorate of Inspection of Houses and Properties Under the Security of Emirate in coordination with the country's security institutions is responsible for handing over the right to the rightful ones and so far, this directorate has inspected around 120 houses and handed them over to their actual owners.
