Bid-opening meetings are held transparently, says Mawlavi Muhammad Azam Shoaib

November 4th, 2023- The National Procurement Directorate held bid-opening meetings of two various projects related to the Ministry of National Defense and Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat(DABS) in the presence of the bid-opening committee and with the participation of (35) bidders at the hall of this directorate.

Muhammad Azam Shoaib, head of the Deprivation Committee of the Directorate of National Procurement of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, in these bid opening meetings, says that the companies should use the available opportunities by considering the principles and regulations of this directorate.

Furthermore, he appreciated the bidding companies for their interests and participation in bid-opening meetings and said, the National Procurement Directorate has held bid-opening meetings transparently and cooperates with the companies until the final stage of its procurement.

At the end of the meeting, H.E. Shoaib called the cooperation of private institutions with Emirate institutions important and asked the participants to fulfill their responsibilities towards the projects properly.
