A coordination meeting with the administration managers of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs was held.

Today, Oct 18, 2023- The Director of the Office of the Chief of Staff of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, Mawlavi Abdul Baqi Mansoor, held a coordination meeting with the administration managers of several directorates.

The meeting in this regard was held in the hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, which commenced with the recitation of the holy Quran and was followed by the speech of Mawlavi Abdul Baqi Mansoor.

H.E. Mansoor in his speech to the administration managers, recommended the sharp and precise process of documents and correspondence and added that all the officials should complete their affairs on time and eliminate the obstacles that result in delay in the work.

Also, several administration managers shared their problems and demands during the meeting and asked for their solutions.

Mawlavi Abdul Baqi Mansoor assured the administration managers of their problems and said that together with their support he will provide solutions to their problems.

The meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
