It is our duty to serve our people, says Mawlavi Abdul Baqi Mansoor

Today, 4 Oct, 2023- Mawlavi Abdul Baqi Mansoor, Director of the Office of Chief of Staff of General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, met with the representatives of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).

H.E Mansoor said, the responsibility entrusted to us is not a privilege but a test and according to him we should serve our people well.

H.E Mansoor applauded the activities of the aforementioned organization and added, whoever works for the development and welfare of the country, the officials of Islamic Emirate appreciate them and are ready to cooperate with them in all aspects.

Engineer Najibullah, official of UNOPS, said that currently they have taken into the account a total of 355 projects in seven different provinces of the country, some of which have been implemented and some others are in the process of implementation and according to him employment has been provided to over 30,000 people in the mentioned projects and by the end of these projects, 30,000 more will be provided with employment.

The meeting ended with a prayer for goodwill.
