Director General of Administrative Affairs: Simplifying Administrative Processes Is Important Step Toward Public Welfare and Effective Service Delivery

On July 29, 2026, the Director General of Administrative Affairs, Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar, participated in and addressed a meeting organized by the Administrative Reform and Civil Service Directorate at the Loya Jirga Hall for the Directors of Employees Affairs, Heads, and Recruitment Heads of ministries and Emirate institutions on the timely and effective implementation of the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Islamic Emirate and the procedures for simplifying administrative processes.

In his remarks, the Director General of Administrative Affairs explained that the Islamic Emirate is working to simplify and expedite administrative processes so that effective, accessible, and timely services can be delivered to the public. He added that in the past, lengthy administrative procedures had caused difficulties for people and created opportunities for corruption. However, the Islamic Emirate is committed to providing better services by simplifying these processes.

Sheikh al-Hadith Mawlavi Noorul Haq Anwar also urged the officials to make sincere efforts toward simplifying administrative processes, saying that if they can help facilitate matters for the country's suffering people, it will be a great service, a source of spiritual reward, and an act of worship.

He further stated that the best application of knowledge is that which brings joy to the hearts of Muslims. He said that when citizens benefit from simplified administrative procedures and improved facilities, it becomes a source of happiness for them. Referring to a hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he added that whoever makes things easy for people, Allah Almighty will make things easy for them in this world and the Hereafter.

The meeting, which began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
