19th Meeting of Ministers Council; Land Acquisition Discussed Along Route of Second Phase of Aqina–Andkhoy Railway Line

On May 18, 2026, the 19th meeting of the Ministers Council of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Al-Haj Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund.

The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by discussions on key economic, security, social, and cultural issues of the country, during which several decisions were made.

During the meeting, discussions were held regarding the pricing of Emirate-owned lands and the acquisition of private lands along the route of the second phase of the Aqina–Andkhoy railway line. In addition, the process of land distribution for returned refugees to the country was also discussed.

It is worth noting that after detailed discussions and decisions on several other matters, the meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.

17th Meeting of Council of Ministers Held

On April 8, 2026, the 17th meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) was held under the chairmanship of Al-Haj Mullah Mohammad Hasan Akhund, Prime Minister of the IEA.

The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by discussions on key economic, security, social, and cultural issues of the country, during which necessary decisions were undertaken.

It is worth mentioning that after detailed deliberations on various matters and their resolution, the meeting concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
